Math

August/September

During math time we have been learning how to work with a group of students or partners. After exploring math manipulatives we have been creating a chart with what went well and what didn't. We have also been creating a good partners chart that we will discuss before introducing math stations.

These next two months we will be exploring numbers by talking about greater, less than, and "how many" are in an object. We will also be learning about patterns, how to complete a pattern, and how to create our own pattern.
